- Partner with business in training content development for in-house training programs
- Quarterly Talent Management tracking to implement all the action plans
- Attrition analysis for the region & implementing action plan for improvement areas
- Design Integration framework for new joiners/transfers & enable Winning Careers for people in the organization.
- Build relationships with local community & government functionaries to enable smooth functioning
