Manager L&D
Your Role Summary:
- The Corporate Learning & Development function anchors work on leadership development based on the the company. It also works to formulate groups approach towards learning & development including all the key elements of process such as identification of developmental needs, design and delivery of appropriate interventions and measurement of effectiveness.

Your Role Specifications:
Administration and logistics for L&D:
- Manage end to end administration and participant experience (from compiling nominations, venue arrangements to feedback compilation for all the L&D initiatives and related responsibilities)
- Administer and manage budget and track all MIS, data records for L&D function
Special projects in L&D:
- These would change from time to time - the person will get opportunity to work on various special initiatives taken up by Corporate L&D team. Indicative list of areas
- Research projects on Company Capability Factors (the group capability framework)
- Projects related to leveraging technology for L&D (including social media, elearning modules)
- Creating and designing learning resources (e.g. induction presentations, toolkits for company Capability Factors etc.)
- Learning process design, analytics and measurement of training effectiveness
- Design and roll out of induction programs
Team Structure:
Qualification:
- Bachelors and post graduate degrees in Psychology / HR desirable
- 4-6 years of work experience
Skills Required:
- Excellent spoken and written communication
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel and PowerPoint )
- Good conceptual abilities in the capability development area - ability to research and synthesize ideas and communicate them in effective manner
- Operational and conceptual understanding of L&D processes - including needs identification, program design, evaluation, budget and data management
- Prior work experience in elearning space highly desirable
- Project management ability and high quality execution focus
- Ability to collaborate across levels and functions
