- Should be creative to facilitate online sessions through interesting initiatives.
- Experienced in identifying training needs, vendor management, training calendar, etc.
- Conducting organizational needs analysis and creating training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles.
- Collating feedback of completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements where required.
- Driving digital learning and MOOCs adoption in the organization.
- Coordinate and organize e-learning courses, workshops
- Implement learning best practices companywide
- Exposure on the latest Learning & Developments trends& software
- Experience in project management and budgeting
