Manager Learning


The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for driving the learning culture in the organization. This position assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive learning initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable learning solutions for employees. This position actively searches, creatively designs, and implements effective learning methods to train and enhance performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Evaluate development needs from time to time at the function, job-role, and organizational level.

- Conceptualizing, designing, and developing e-learning, face-to-face and blended learning materials which are both engaging and innovative.

- Hands-on knowledge of learning management platforms and practices.

- Deliver programs that meet "Program Effectiveness" parameters in feedback mechanism.

- Leveraging multi-component learning solutions and support frameworks to embed learning, ensuring optimum results in a fast-paced environment.

- Working closely with managers within the business to ensure that key stakeholder relationships are developed and maintained, learning business needs are met, and L&D is providing a measurable partnership that adds value.

- Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants

- Defining measurement strategies that link the L&D programmes to tangible benefits and return on investment with thorough knowledge of 70-20-10 principle.

- Deliver programs that meet "Program Effectiveness" parameters in feedback mechanism.

- Maintain the monthly dashboards & MIS for management presentation.
