Job Description:
- Identify organization wide themes and work across stakeholder groups.
- Continuously look for organization wide leverage that will help us focus on high impact L&D areas.
- Contribution to the L&D strategy by making recommendations on focus areas to be prioritized, resources required etc.
- Driving and conducting needs analysis, creating learning plans/road maps, execution, reporting and audit of existing programs.
Desired Profile :
- MBA from Tier 1 institute with 4+yrs of Relevant Experience in Learning and Development.
- Experience in People Management is must.
- Strong Project Management Experience on large scale projects.
