Manager - Learning & Development
Development Needs Identification : Identifying, Creating and implementing training interventions (Leadership & Behavioral) basis the business and individual needs as well as scanning the external market for understanding new technologies relevant to achieving the learning strategy. Integrate L&D initiatives with career development plans and talent management strategies.
Vendor management : Creating a vendor ecosystem , working with service providers for creating / curating content for Learning Modules & Programs(digital & physical)
Digital Platform Management & Learning Technologies : Content Management , Adoption & Leveraging the LMS & LXP platform to deliver digital learning(functional & behavioral) .Work closely with the IT team for systems integration.
Content design : Adept at Design principles for flawless CONTENT design for both digital learning and Instructor led sessions. Develop content and materials, including e-learning modules, training manuals, and curriculam.
Facilitation skills: Facilitate & Deliver key behavioral programs and. Identify and develop internal SME's for various Programs.
Reporting & Analytics: using data and analytics to provide insights into the impact of L&D on organizational performance.
Assessment and Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of the training through formative and summative assessments.
- 4-8 Years in Learning & Development Role
- MBA in HR - Suitable specialization / certifications in L&D will be preferred + Certified in Instructional Design Principles.
- Facilitation skills for delivering behavioral programs
- Certified in Psychometric tools like Harrison, Korn Ferry, Hogan etc.
- Very high levels of initiative, self-drive and achievement orientation - strong deadline closure focus
- Very high levels of tenacity & perseverance
- Ideation balanced by a strong bias for action / execution focus
- Ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders and influence without authority
- Hands-on experience in designing training programs including content creation
- Should be aware of the different principles of Instructional Design
- Should be aware of the latest trends in Learning & Development - Moocs, Gamification, Online Modules
- Consulting Firms or large conglomerates / MNCs
