Manager -Learning & Development(Campus Hires)
Job Description:
Manage and develop a group of assigned participants, set goals and objectives and conduct formal performance appraisals
Provide professional and technical mentorship, coaching and on-going development feedback to assigned participants during the technical training phase and software development projects, and ensure they are adequately trained to undertake assigned tasks and projects
Act as a project mentor to assigned project work teams, coach project performance and act as a resource on the development and execution of project plans to ensure timely completion of software development projects at established quality standards
Candidate Profile:
Should have experience in Conceptualizing, designing and implementing training programs for the Campus Hires.
10 to 13 years of experience in IT Industry and experience in Agile/Water fall methodologies
3+ years of people management experience
Experience of working with campus hires
Experience with some or all of the following: object-oriented, web, desktop application or mainframe development and/or relational databases
