Work Experience -
- Candidate minimum graduate with 6-8 years of relevant Learning & Development experience
- Should currently be in a BPO/Contact Center environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to articulate and influence internal stakeholders
- Prior HRD & Training experience preferred
- Professional qualification in HR / OB preferred - understanding of Org Behavior and Org Development dynamics preferred
Role -
- Develop and deliver skill & behavioral learning programs for Associates, Frontline Supervisors and Managers
- Engage with learning vendor partners for training aids and delivery solutions
- Coordinate post-delivery program activities, monitoring and tracking training data and reporting MIS
