Manager - L&D  Looking for a Manager - L&D for a BFSI client to be based out of Delhi/NCR.  Key Responsibilities :  - Maintain advisory/consultative relationships with SMEs/centers of excellence and other key stakeholders that provide input or deliver training and development   - Implement and facilitate enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives within the organisation   - Ensure alignment of the organisation initiatives with enterprise-wide development strategy   - Continuously evaluate developmental activities and resources to determine their effectiveness in organizational goals and objectives.   - Assess multiple methods of training delivery for most impactful and cost effective solution   - Manage vendor relationships, including budgets, timelines, and quality of end products   - Work closely with the business and stakeholders to identify training, team facilitation and coaching needs   - Drive usage of e-learning solutions
