Manager L&D
- Assess relevant training needs for individuals and organization, in consultation with heads of teams, including assessment methods and measurement systems entailed Full
- Design training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs, or manage this activity via external provider's Full
- Identify, select and manage external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and provide necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards Full
- Organize training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation, vendor payments as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery Full
- Plan and deliver training courses personally where necessary to augment that provided externally or internally by others Full
- Arrange for the maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training Full
- Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies, including health and safety, employment and equality laws Full
- Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance, etc. as required Full
- Maintain and Update training MIS on regular basis Full
- Manage, maintain and update Learning Management System Full
- Should have good working knowledge of the latest training tools & must be abreast of use of technology in the area of training Full
- Develop self and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times Full
- Judicious use of natural resources
- Shall adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization. Full

Qualification & Experience (Education, Experience, specific knowledge, skills, understanding, attitude) :
Education :
- Graduate or Global Equivalent Degree. Preferably an MBA
Experience:
- 6-8 years of work experience. At least 4 years of experience in training.
- At least 2 years of experience on training delivery

- Requires excellent one-on-one and group presentation and facilitation skills
