Key Responsibilities:
1. Learning Strategy & Program Development:
- Design and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with Landmark Digital and DLL's business objectives.
- Lead the creation of technical, behavioral, leadership, and functional training programs.
- Assess skill gaps and create structured learning roadmaps for employees at different career levels.
- Develop a learning culture that fosters continuous upskilling, internal mobility, and leadership readiness.
2. Learning Program Execution & Management:
- Drive and oversee Landmark Digital's Manager Development Program (DigiElevate & ElveAI) and other leadership initiatives.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and leadership coaching to improve manager effectiveness.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard external training partners, universities, and e-learning platforms to enhance training effectiveness.
- Design blended learning approaches (classroom, virtual, on-the-job, and digital learning).
- Collaborate with business leaders to customize training programs for different functions (Technology, Product, Data Science, etc.).
3. Training Content Development & Facilitation:
- Create high-quality, engaging learning content, toolkits, and training materials tailored to Landmark Digital and DLL's business needs.
- Develop and deploy interactive learning content (videos, gamification, microlearning, simulations).
- Ensure learning materials are aligned with adult learning principles and modern instructional design methodologies.
- Facilitate engaging, high-impact training sessions and leadership workshops.
4. Learning Impact Measurement & Analytics:
- Define key learning metrics to measure the impact of L&D programs (NPS, training completion rates, post-training effectiveness).
- Analyze employee performance data to track skill improvement and recommend adjustments to programs.
- Use AI-based learning platforms and digital tools to enhance learning personalization and effectiveness.
5. Stakeholder Engagement & Business Collaboration:
- Act as an L&D business partner to senior leaders, advising on talent development strategies.
- Work closely with HRBPs, managers, and business heads to align training programs with team goals.
- Partner with external industry experts, universities, and certification bodies for skill enhancement initiatives.
6. Learning Technology & Digital Innovation:
- Oversee LMS (Learning Management System) administration and ensure seamless learning accessibility.
- Identify and introduce AI-based learning solutions for automated content curation and skill-building.
- Implement digital learning strategies such as self-paced learning, knowledge hubs, and collaborative learning platforms.
