Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to implement the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs for our employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical and behavioral training and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Training Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a structured learning and development strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Competency Mapping & Skill Development: Identify skill gaps and design targeted training initiatives to enhance both technical and managerial competencies.
- Technical & Behavioral Training: Oversee and design training programs focusing on technical skills and behavioral development for engineers, project managers, first-time managers, and other key stakeholders across all departments
- Campus Hires Training: Create and implement training programs for new campus recruits to ensure seamless onboarding and skill development.
- Leadership Development: Design and execute leadership development programs aimed at enhancing leadership skills at every organizational level.
- E-Learning & Digital Training: Lead the introduction and management of e-learning platforms and digital training tools to facilitate continuous learning.
- Evaluation & ROI Measurement: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), gathering feedback, and conducting impact analysis.
- Employee Engagement: Promote a culture of ongoing learning and professional growth within the organization.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in L&D, preferably in engineering, infrastructure, or consulting firms.
- Strong understanding of technical training requirements in the infrastructure sector.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Certification in instructional design, coaching, or similar L&D methodologies is a plus.
