Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated - Learning and Development Specialist- to design and implement impactful training programs that enhance employee skills and drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training needs assessments and develop tailored learning solutions.

- Design and deliver workshops, e-learning modules, and leadership development programs.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives using performance metrics.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align L&D efforts with business objectives.

- Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in L&D or related roles.

- Strong communication, instructional design, and project management skills.

- Proficiency with LMS and e-learning platforms.

- MBA or related certifications preferred (e.g., CPLP, SHRM-CP).
