Manager - Leadership Training
- Min 10 years of experience in designing and delivering leadership trainings
- Experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs focused on behavioural and Leadership skills development.
- Experience of handling training programs for CXO, VPs, Director, Senior Managers and New Managers.
- Trainings related to Management Development, Anger management, Stakeholder management, Stress management, Conflict resolution, problem solving etc.
- Expertise in designing and developing training curriculum and content as per the business requirement.
- Handled end to end Training facilitations
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with training delivery methods, techniques, and tools.
- Expertise on e-learning modules and virtual classrooms
- Should have handled classroom trainings
