The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Will be involved in leadership hiring across India (will be involved in hiring for GM and above level positions across Technologies)
- Will be involved in market mapping, building a robust pipeline of candidates at leadership level.
- Will be responsible in handling stakeholders at CXO's levels.
- Involve in forming and implementing talent acquisition strategy based on business requirements.
Looking at candidates with a minimum of 9 years of experience in hiring niche and leadership positions from technology industry.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills required.
MBA in HR, full time- compulsory
