As the Leadership Hiring Manager, you will spearhead the executive recruitment efforts to identify and secure exceptional leadership talent. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment with a focus on leadership hiring.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting executive-level talent.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategic hiring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and candidates.
