Manager - Leadership Development Program - IT

We are seeking to identify a Leadership Program Manager to be based at our client's Corporate Office in Pune

The Role :

- You will be responsible for organizing and driving leadership programs across multiple business units in the organisation and provide strategic guidance to BU HR in ways that promote the Leadership Development

- The position would report to Head of Talent Management and will work closely with Business HR Heads.

Key Requirements :

- 12 + years- experience with focus on leadership development and program execution.

- Strong experience in design and development of leadership programs to produce results in elevating leadership capability in organisation.

- Ability to develop efficient strategies and tactics to drive the programs in a timely manner

- Knowledge about leadership program design

- Should have program management skills to drive the KPI's for leadership development across the organisation.
