Role
The individual will play a critical role as part of the Leadership Development function, supporting in design and execution of Leadership Development programs across levels
Post-Graduation / MBA in HR / MA in Organizational Psychology
Minimum 3 years of experience in Leadership Development function after post-graduation and total experience of minimum 6 years
Desired Qualifications:
1. Working knowledge of leadership assessment and development tools/models
2. Experience of working in fast paced, flexible and collaborative environment
Essential Skills:
1. Knowledge of leadership development approaches/ models
2. Good understanding and application of research methodologies/tools
3. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Desired Skills:
1. Instructional design
2. Project management
3. Facilitation skills
Behavioral
1. Ability to bring new perspective/trends and innovative approaches
2. High ownership and accountability; strong focus on execution, quality and timelines
3. Work and manage different stakeholders for design and implementation
4. Strong communication skills - verbal & written
