The Incumbent will play a critical role as part of the Leadership Development function, supporting in design and execution of Leadership Development programs across levels
Program Development and Management
Stakeholder Management:
Budgeting
- Manage vendors for execution of project/intervention deliverables
- Facilitate vendor quotes, contracts, negotiations, cost closures and vendor payments through SAP
- Internal Team Collaboration
- Process Adherence
- 6+ years experience
- MBA in HR/ M.A. in Organizational Psychology/ Organizational Behavior. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in leadership development.
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of leadership assessment and development tools/models
- Good understanding and application of research methodologies/tools
- Project management skills
- Proficiency in relevant technology tools (outlook tools, automation tools, social media, etc)
- Instructional design
- Facilitation skills
Behavioral Skills
- Ability to bring new perspective/trends and innovative approaches
- High ownership and accountability;
- Strong interpersonal skills - verbal & written
- Ability to research and draw insights from multiple sources of information
