About our Client : Our client is a global leader in the water, hygiene and energy technologies and services and an ever-increasing India footprint. Their products are renowned globally in their area of business and the organization is poised to achieve it aggressive growth plans for India. They are looking for a corporate accounts manager - leader to support one of their key business accounts based out of Mumbai

Job Description : The CAM ensures that on-going relationships are maintained with customers while maximizing the clients offerings and profitability

- Key objective of the CAM is to drive the growth within his assigned customer base by demonstrating the promise and the value the client provides as a total solutions partner

- Identify key decision makers in assigned customers and cultivate relationships to ensure satisfaction and confidence in client offerings

- Target Customer Corporate Level (C-suite, VP Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Sustainability) and key personnel at the most important Customer plants

- Build and continuously update the Strategic Account Plan, and establish customer action plans to measure regular progress against the established action plan

- Ensure alignment with Global Strategic Account Plans by liaising with respective Global Account Manager / Business Leader

- Serve as the knowledge expert with respect to understanding assigned customer businesses and collaborate with other key internal partners (Field Sales, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain) to improve the overall customer experience, including innovation.

The Successful Candidate : BA/BS/Engineering/Chemical

- 13-18 years of B2B sales & Key Account experience with a large, international, matrixed organization

- Ability and willingness to travel extensively

- Should have managed large and complex customers

- Chemical Background
