Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire supply chain process within your designated state, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to budget allocations as outlined in the business plan.
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with vendors and contractors, implementing a robust quality assurance process to onboard only the best suppliers.
- Proactively source materials and services that meet the evolving needs of the business, leveraging your expertise to identify and secure the most cost-effective options.
- Lead and manage bidding and reverse auction processes to secure the best possible pricing for materials and services within the industry.
- Implement and monitor governance schedules, ensuring consistent and high-quality performance from all contracted vendors and partners.
- Develop and implement Resource & Activity-Based Pricing (RABP) models to establish fair and transparent pricing structures for project execution.
- Design and document detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all supply chain processes, ensuring strict compliance and operational efficiency.
- Finalize contracts with vendors and contractors, prioritizing long-term partnerships that deliver mutual benefit.
- Leverage data analysis skills to transform raw supply chain data into actionable insights, presenting key findings and trends to management through clear and concise dashboards and reports.
- Continuously monitor project costs against the established business financial plan, implementing effective cost-control measures throughout project execution.
- Proactively identify potential supply chain risks and develop comprehensive mitigation plans to minimize their impact on project costs and timelines.
- Maintain close collaboration with the sales team to provide support during bidding processes and customer negotiations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a supply chain management role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing regional supply chain operations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain best practices, procurement processes, and cost-control strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
