Manager/Lead Recruitment - IT/Non IT Leadership hiring
Has been growing since its inception in late 2017.
The role is of a Manager with fixed and outcome based / revenue share and stake in the org along with monthly remuneration. The indicative remuneration is a monthly component that the person can expect earning after 3-6 months of performance based outcome
- Experienced professional required from Executive Search industry with extensive business experience in managing and delivering operations & business development in a mid/large Executive Search Firm
- Manage existing client relations and grow new accounts for permanent / staffing requirements within India and globally
- Manage delivery of existing and new business
- Strategies growth of existing business globally
- Executive Search on Social Media including LinkedIn, Job Portals and other mediums for mid to senior level hiring
- Hands on delivery of roles in any of the areas - Technology/ Sales/Marketing/ Operations or business roles at middle Senior level
- Would have managed a team of Consultants for client delivery
- Would have done client management and key account management and development
- Experience in managing a Daily/Weekly/ Monthly Target based/outcome-based approach
Qualifications/Experience :
- PG with hands on experience of 3-10 years in recruitment - executive Search industry with a small/medium size org
