Job Description:
As the Lead Generation and Channel Development Manager, your role is pivotal in driving business growth through strategic lead generation initiatives and the expansion of distribution channels.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead Generation Strategy:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies through external sources, including new network and aggregator tie-ups, to increase the flow of potential customers into the sales pipeline.
Coordination with Regional Field Team:
- Collaborate closely with the regional field team across the country to ensure seamless coordination and effective lead generation and conversion efforts.
End-to-End Lead Tracking:
- Implement robust systems for end-to-end tracking of leads, monitoring their journey from initial contact to final conversion into business, and optimizing processes for improved conversion rates.
New Channel Acquisition:
- Identify and onboard new channels for incremental business growth, exploring avenues outside the existing dealer network to expand market reach and increase retail sales.
Product and Process Enhancement:
- Identify gaps in product offerings and business processes, collaborating with team members and stakeholders to develop and implement product suites and process changes for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Drive Business Growth:
- Drive business growth initiatives in collaboration with the field team, leveraging insights from lead tracking and market analysis to maximize conversion rates and revenue generation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with IT and infrastructure teams to ensure the seamless integration of lead generation systems and tools, as well as with campaign and contact center teams to optimize lead management and conversion processes.
- Your success in this role depends on your ability to develop effective lead generation strategies, build and nurture external partnerships, and drive business growth through proactive channel development initiatives.
