Position Summary:
The Global Services Executive Recruiter will be charged with recruiting primarily Director and above level positions across all of our functions within Global Services. This role will support executive leaders with their recruiting needs; Source, screen and interview candidates, complying with organization policy guidelines. Having specialized knowledge in both technical and non-technical areas such as finance, human resources, legal, product management and/or administration will be helpful as you work with our leadership team to identify job requirements and create interview guides to assist in the selection process.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and maintain active pipeline of candidates via completing focused searches through a variety of channels, including internal ATS, external web searches, user groups, niche sites, networking and associate referrals.
- Partner closely with a variety of hiring managers to achieve success in filling key positions.
- Manage relationships and operating processes with search firms where applicable.
- Build working relationships across all stakeholders.
- Develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.
- Manage client expectations with a consultative, confident approach.
- Keep clear line of communication open between role and Hiring Manager.
- Keep up to date status on all candidates and convey that status as needed.
- Track and maintain metrics as needed, To include candidate status, cycle time and production ratios
Basic Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 6-12 years full life cycle Recruiting or candidate research/sourcing experience
- Experience in sourcing and recruiting sr. level talent.
- Confidence and poise to present and interact with all level of executives as a trusted advisor.
- Software application experience to include MS Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Internet.
- Advanced understanding of and experience with Internet Research techniques

Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4-5 years- experience with Executive level recruiting preferred
- BS/BA Degree preferred
- Systems experience to include Workday, MS Outlook.
- Certification or formal training on Internet search techniques
