- Payroll & benefits;
- Training, career development, performance reviews; o Employee master data, systems, & all documentation;
- HR compliance/labor laws;
- Reporting on HR metrics;
- Company/team culture, employee wellbeing, activities etc.;
- Compensation & benefits benchmarking, employee retention etc.;
- On-boarding & off-boarding; o Employer branding and social media outreach.
Recruitment:
- Sourcing of Technical & Business talent directly as well as working with recruitment partners;
- Driving the end to end process incl. interviews, negotiation & offer;
- Ad-hoc HR & Recruiting related projects as assigned by management.
- Role will report to the VP & MD - India; Position is based out of Gurgaon, India office;
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree from a well-recognized/accredited university. Master's Degree in Human Resources discipline from a well-recognized/accredited university.
- Minimum relevant experience of 8 years in the Human Resources function.
- Minimum experience of 3 years working in a technology company (Software, IT services etc.);
- Articulate and possessing strong English verbal and written skills. In addition to coordinating with the team in India, he/she will coordinate with colleagues in the US and other company locations;
- Flexible and able to meet set deadlines;
