Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

- Utilize various strategies to identify and generate high-quality leads within the IT sector.

- Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends and target audience needs.

- Build relationships with potential clients and develop a strong understanding of their IT recruitment requirements.

- Qualify leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.

Communication & Sales:

- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to convert leads into paying clients.

- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the lead generation process.

- Contribute to the development and execution of effective sales strategies.

Data & Analytics:

- Analyze lead generation data and identify trends to continuously improve strategies.

- Utilize data insights to ensure efficient and targeted lead generation efforts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, preferably within the IT sector.

- Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and lead nurturing techniques.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Proficient in research methods and data analysis tools (e. , CRM).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

A passion for IT and the recruitment industry is a plus
