Manager/Lead - Collection Analytics - BFS

Key Responsibilities :-

Strategy Development :-

- Design and implement collection strategies to minimize delinquency rates and maximize recovery of outstanding debts or assets.

- Analyze portfolio performance to identify trends and risks, adjusting strategies accordingly.

- Develop segmentation strategies to prioritize high-risk accounts.

Process Optimization :-

- Streamline and automate collection processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Collaborate with technology teams to enhance collection systems and tools.

- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to collections.

Compliance and Risk Management :-

- Ensure all collection activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

- Manage relationships with legal and compliance teams to address issues related to asset recovery and customer interactions.

- Implement measures to mitigate risks associated with non-performing assets.
