STRATEGY AND CONCEPT CREATION FOR MOBILE FIRST APPROACH
- Consumer research and business process analysis to define One/Multiple app ecosystem, hybrid or native nature, journey flows for mobile app.
- Concept/Idea Finalization, Information Architecture, Wire framing, Icons creation, Haptics and Sonic touchpoints.
- ASSET VISUALIZATION AND CREATION
- UI/UX, IAs, design layouts, wireframes to actual asset development
- Mobile app designs for both IOS and Android. Final Delivery to Developers (Zeplin/marvel & Invision prototypes)
- Engagement and content framework
- Drive initiatives and enhancements leading to improvement in retention and engagement ratios
- Manage and drive mobile app multilingual strategy to drive business and engagement metrics.
- BUSINESS FUNNEL MANAGEMENT
- Define/map Mobile app end to end funnel (customer journeys) definitions, defining the loopholes and joining the dots through technology and relevant communication.
- Use of attribution platforms to collect relevant data through defined customer journeys, analyze the data, measure the journey (App Vs website)
- Go to Market Strategies (360 degree campaigns)- Strategizing, planning and execution
- Driving mobile app disbursal contribution through mobile app ecosystem with smart owned assets integration, ASO and backlink strategies.
- APP RANKINGS/SERP/ASO
- Driven App rankings for app category and top free apps on both play store and app store
- Drive Rankings defined through smart integrations in owned assets, cross pollinating through different consumer touch points, driving reviews and ratings and mobile app backlink strategy.
- Measure and drive reduction of Bounce rates and Load time along with increase in Month on month organic disbursals on mobile app ecosytem
