Job description:
1. Business development focus - exploring opportunities for labour law compliance services
2. Manage labour law compliance for clients which cover preparing, maintaining and filing various registers and records
3. Audit and track compliance status for clients from central and state labour law perspective
4. Audit third party contractor compliance
5. Prepare compliance checklists for specific clients
6. Dealing with labour law, PF and ESI department for obtaining various approvals and filing returns
7. Handling inspections and representing clients before labour law, PF and ESI department
