1. Basic requirement- The candidate should have a demonstrated ability to work on matters concerning employment laws. Experience in dealing with issues concerning law like provident fund, employee pension scheme, gratuity, minimum wages etc. Experience between 8-10 years
2. Other skills- ability to make demonstrations to senior leadership, advise on implementation on changes in laws and worked on cross functional projects.
3. Soft Skills- (i) good spoken and written English (ii) PowerPoint presentations
4. Location- Gurgaon-DDC1
5. Persons with lesser experience- can be considered provided
(a) they have a good track record
(b) meet the basic requirements & soft skill set needs
(c) meet the minimum experience need for a manager in the company
(d) are from multinationals, IT & ITEs companies
6. Target entities- IT & ITES companies, multinationals, consultancy & law firms, ecommerce, companies, BPOs & captives, LPOs
7. Generalists-i.e. persons that do not solely work on employment law but have other responsibilities as well can be considered as long as they can demonstrate a good knowledge on the basic requirements.
