KYC team handling role with French B2 and above
French B2 or A2, B1
IB or Finance - CL 7 Manager
1. Defines and sets the operational objectives for the coordinated team member
2. Plans and prioritizes the tasks within the team for meeting deadlines and deliver quality results
3. Follows-up individual performance of each team member and as well the performance of the team
4. Identifies, prevents and reports operational risks
5. Proposes continuous improvement initiatives for the run operational processes
6. Ensures the reporting of Permanent Supervision controls within the deadlines
7. Creates action plans for improving the not met KPIs
8. Provides guidance and leadership to the coordinated team
9. Provides constructive feedback to each team member through evaluation meeting, 1to1 recurrent and ad-hoc meetings
10. Is responsible for personal and professional development plan for each team member
11. Creates a relaxed and friendly working environment
- Proven management experience in a coordination position (minimum 2 years)
- Fluent in French (mandatory); English is a plus
- Minimum 18 months experience on the current job
- Receiving at least - In line with expectations at the annual performance review
- Compliance and KYC experience is a major advantage
- Very good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good time management and organization of daily activity
- High level of flexibility and adaptability
- Very strong people orientation
