Role : Key Accounts Management/Accounts Manager - IT Services Organizations
Location : Gurgaon/Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad
Position Overview :
- As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client accounts. This role requires a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring that our solutions meet and exceed their expectations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales, particularly in selling to industry giants such as Amazon, Google, SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Salesforce, IBM, and Snowflake.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
- Understand clients' business objectives and challenges, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports and presentations to clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market changes.
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.
Educational Qualification/Work Experience :
- MBA/PG with Proven work experience as an Account Manager, with 7-12 years of experience.
- Demonstrated success in selling to major tech companies such as Amazon, Google, SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Salesforce, IBM, and Snowflake.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
