Key Accounts Manager - FMCG
We are looking for a Key Account Manager with a successful track record to manage key accounts like Shoppers Stop, Pharmacies (India/International) Reliance, etc.
Job Description:
1. Responsible for conducting, operating, and increasing the brand's business on key accounts with sales plan to achieve budgeted numbers
2. Develop a trusted engaging relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners while ensuring a strong & healthy relationship to drive business
3. Understand price sensitivity, ensuring there is price parity as per the policy; plan and work on your monthly, quarterly and annual sales achievement
4. Manage instore visibility that can help increase customer base
5. Plan & manage inventory, optimise content for listings and listing hygiene as per platform standards/guidelines, and ensure that top-sellers are in category/subcategory sales rank with good visibility and self presence.
6. Managing and tracking payments from the partner websites, reconciliation and ensuring no variance in the same.
7. Customer Journey Mapping at chain level
9. GTM for new product launches in the respective chains
Candidate Persona:
1. Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a KAM or Sales manager with an FMCG company or a merchandiser in a retail chain.
2. Ability to manage a team to achieve challenging targets and standards
3. Possess keen creative & analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex, disparate datasets into insights to identify potential business opportunities that drive sales
4. Excellent spoken and written communication skills, allowing you to deliver complex information clearly to your colleagues and external partners
Technical Skills and Knowledge: Sound understanding of retail and able to compute mathematical numbers
