One of our client a leading Global French MNC operating in over 40 countries and it is the world leader in employee incentive solutions & issuer of prepaid vouchers and cards. It is the leader in Employee Benefits, Citizen Benefits and Rewards Management business. Its products offers customers a secure payment instrument which can be used over an affiliated network while its programs helps its clients reach, distribute, reward, include and retain their partners, customers and employees. The client is looking for Manager ( CRM) for Bangalore location.
THE JOB DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS-

JOB TITLE - MANAGER-( Key Accounts & Client Relationship)
Location - Bangalore ( Jayanagar)
EXP - 2- 4 years in corporate sales / Business Development ( Concept sales/ B2B SALES/ Key account Mgt)
THE JD IS AS FOLLOWS-
The client a wholly owned subsidiary of a French MNC operating in over 40 countries and it is the world's largest pure play issuer of prepaid vouchers and cards. With an Issue Volume of over 14 billion Euros, operates in Employee Benefits, Citizen Benefits and Rewards Management business. Its products offers customers a secure payment instrument which can be used over an affiliated network while its programs helps its clients reach, distribute, reward, include and retain their partners, customers and employees.
The client is looking for MANAGER- ( Key Accounts & CRM ) for Bangalore ( Jayanagar) location.
JOB PURPOSE-
Business extended Accountabilities:
- Interacting & Coordinating with the various Corporate for understanding their requirement & explaining them about services offerings. This is majorly done for Face Value Optimization (Increase MOV).
- Preparing & presenting our service offerings & capabilities to new clients
- Portfolio Extension & Expansion by tapping sister concerns of existing clients.
- Ensure user Optimization (Increase users) & TC as policy implementation.
- Coordinating with various departments internally for timely delivery of products & Services to clients.
Operational Accountabilities:
- Facilitating timely delivery of our products & payment follow ups with Clients.
- Employee Engagement program. Ensuring courtesy calls, follow up calls, Issue resolution calls with clients periodical
