We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our key clients in the digital lending industry. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business objectives and ensure that our digital lending solutions are tailored to meet their specific needs. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company and play a key role in driving our success in the digital lending space.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Upselling to existing customers. Handling the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure and account management.
- Ensuring delivery excellence adhering to agreed SLAs and TAT
- Increasing the user retention rate and the loan disbursement volume
- Developing relationships and collaborating with our partners to define, recommend, and drive sales.
- Developing appropriate sales programs and solutions; maintaining up-to-date competitive information and compiling regional success stories.
- Creating a network of relationships with key decision-makers and CXOs of our clients to generate new business. Collaborating with various internal stakeholders like the Business Development team, Pre Sales team and CxO's.
Requirements:
- Must be from Banking, specialized in Lending Industry
- Must know Malayalam Language
- 15+ Years of Experience
