Position : Manager - Account management
The objective of the Role :
The KAM shall lead and oversee activities of the existing account management department. He/ She expands and maintain relationships with growing, scalable and large Clients. Assigned to the highest-value strategic consumers & responsible for assigned existing account targets and sales quota.
He/she shall represent the whole spectrum of the business's products and services to the assigned consumers, will be involved in planning and ensure that all assigned consumer accounts within the department are catered for and that their needs and expectations are met by the business.
Job Description :
- Leadership over the accounting department.
- Leads the department through the implementation of a consumer based mode of operation.
- Deals in the achievement of excellence and insight in order to surpass consumer expectations.
- Proactively leads the business's account planning processes and develops performance objectives, sales targets, and critical milestones for weekly/monthly/annual periods.
- Leads the department in assessing, clarifying, and validating consumer needs on a regular basis.
- Develops solutions that best address consumer needs while simultaneously coordinating the involvement of the necessary business personnel inclusive of support, service, and resource management in order to meet account performance objectives and the consumers expectations.

Key Responsibilities :
- Driving the business by engaging with various stake holders across industry.
- Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on- boarding of new clients.
- Formulate business plans for all current and opportunity tender business.
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
- Meeting up regularly with clients to understand their requirements and drive the business.
- Looking into the operational aspects of every account, cross selling, adding up of more business, client servicing.
- Regular monitoring of reports, accessing and forecasting the revenue to be generated
Competencies and skills :
- Good English communication skills with ability to multitask.
- Confident and aggressive Sales and Business Development professionals with demonstrable sales experiences of at least 4-10 years and should have handled corporate sales either in current/previous roles.
- Go-getter with the ability to work under pressure.
