Reviewing & ensuring work flow , manning , space requirements and action plans to ensure quality customer service. 4. Monitoring inventory & inventory movements across all warehouses 5. Creating SOPs & Protocols for effective working 6. Monitoring the daily order flow and last mile operations 7. Handle the account with Third party stakeholders 8. Ensuring cost analysis and efficiency 9. Handling the Ecommerce & B2B operations end to end
