- Leveraging advanced knowledge and skills to succeed as an HR compensation and benefits manager
- Analyse surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments.
- Forecasting budget & salary increment
Qualification:
- Job Evaluation - Systematic comparison of the costs and revenues of the company
- Knowledge of Compensation Bench-marking
- Proficient in Performance Management system
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Great Negotiating and decision- making skills
- Able to handle work pressure
Educational Qualification : PG : MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 or 2 Campus
