Principal Duties And Responsibilities:

- Go deep to get the lay of the land of the industry and technology infrastructure that clients operate in to grasp clients' technology options in the context of global, industry, economic, technology, and social trends

- Help your team pinpoint the right data-driven Digital, IT or Cloud technology strategy solutions to meet the needs of clients and help draw up practical implementation road maps that position clients for long-term success; and

- Lead projects to make sure clients are positioned for long-term success with practical road maps for carrying out Digital, IT or Cloud strategy, managing change, monitoring and gauging processes, and taking remedial steps

- Apply strong analytical skills to dig deep into research and large data sets to identify where clients can leverage IT for greatest strategic impact to drive business outcomes

- Use data models and visualization to bring your analysis to life

- Build relationships with clients to maintain Accenture's profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner

- Earn the trust of senior leaders at client organizations and partner with them to create strategic solutions at the intersection of business, technology, and operations.

- Keep deepening your prowess in business and technology strategy to reinforce Accenture's reputation as a thought leader

- Mentor junior members of the Strategy team and groom them for more responsibility

Qualifications: - Bachelor/Masters degree

- MBA or equivalent degree (Preferable)

Experience:

We are looking for Technology Strategy Manager / consultants having

- 3-8 years of Strategy Consulting experience at a consulting firm

- 5 years of experience in at least 2 of the example offerings (Cloud Transformation, Industry & New Technology, Technology ROI/Cost Take Out, Operating Model, Modern Architecture, Data-Driven Enterprise

- 3+ years of experience writing business cases (quantitative and qualitative) to support strategic business initiatives, process improvement initiatives, or IT transformation

- 2+ years of experience leading or managing large teams effectively including planning/structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops, and developing technology strategy recommendations

- Good knowledge of technology and enterprise architecture concepts through practical experience

- Knowledge of and passion for technology trends e.g. Mobility, Cloud, Digital, Collaboration

- A strong understanding of industry operations and dynamics through experience in the following industries is preferred: Financial Services, Retail, consumer goods, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Transportation, Hospitality, Automotive/Industrial, Mining and Resources are of interest but experience in equivalent domains is also welcomed

- Exposure to industry frameworks e.g. TOGAF, DODAF desirable but not essential
