Manager - IT Sourcing - IT Products

- Procurement of IT Products across data & voice segments with Backhaul, IP Ports, VSAT & Local loops and to implement best SCM practices including Commercial Modeling, Competitive bench marking & target pricing.

- To manage RFPs, Bidding, Negotiations, Contracting and SCM Governance.

- To drive the Opex cost reduction to meet or beat the AOP/ Budgets.

- Understanding of IT segmentation and the key procurement methodologies

- Identification and development of key players in the fiber segment.

- Conduct RFIs/RFPs/Reverse Auctions to determine the right supplier and ensure the best overall value is obtained

- Partner assurance including identification, registration, evaluation, ratings and communication.

- Cost analysis & Innovation. Cost Optimization and innovation through continuous identification of Partners and alternate strategy.

- Process Compliance and periodic review for alignment with Business need. MIS and TAT implementation. Proper Documentation supporting the transactions as per laid down processes.

- Ensure strategies and subsequent procurement are done in accordance with supply chain policy
