Client Engagement Director/Head/Manager.
Role Overview: The Delivery & Client Engagement Head/Manager is responsible for overseeing the team's performance in achieving monthly/quarterly Revenue, Offers, and Joining's targets.
This role entails managing client relationships, overseeing delivery operations, nurturing account relationships, driving new business development, and managing end-to-end recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities:.
Team Leadership and Management:.
- Lead a team of recruiters, ensuring their output meets expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing their needs promptly.
Mentorship and Guidance:.
- Provide guidance and assistance to the team in lead generation, prospecting, and other activities.
- Motivate the team to achieve goals, improve morale, and enhance productivity.
Team Support and Development:.
- Counsel team members, handle grievances, ensure discipline, and assist with overcoming challenges.
- Implement strategies to boost team retention and performance.
Operational Excellence:.
- Monitor the requirement dashboard closely to ensure 100% coverage with quality submissions for all requirements.
- Allocate resources and shuffle recruiters as needed to manage workload fluctuations effectively.
Recruitment and Training:.
- Participate in new recruiter hiring and provide ongoing training to ensure skill development.
- Implement retention strategies and continually motivate employees to maximize their potential.
Sourcing Strategy Expertise:.
- Possess an excellent understanding of various sourcing channels.
- Guide teams on sourcing strategies for niche and complex skills.
Business Acumen:.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the staffing business nuances.
- Contribute to strategic planning for human resource requirements in consultation with functional and operational heads.
Compliance and Legal Expertise:.
- Experience in handling the entire H1B visa immigration process (for US staffing).
- Good understanding of tax terms such as Corp-to-Corp, W2, and 1099 (for US staffing).
Qualification and Experience:.
- Bachelor of Technology (B Tech) with MBA, or MBA with a Technical Undergraduate degree preferred.
- Excellent understanding of technology industry skills and job roles.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to articulate ideas clearly and express thoughts effectively.
- Logical thinker with a proactive and assertive personality.
- Motivated and driven individual with a 'go-getter' attitude.
