Manager - IT Recruitment - Payment Domain - International BPO

Responsibilities :

Responsible for the delivery of an integrated end-to-end client on-boarding platform with the following functions :

- Responsible for client engagement, staffing and fulfillment

- Analyzing and understanding the client's requirements

- Responsible for understanding client resourcing needs and proactively plan ram-ups.

- Coordinate with BU and Recruitment team across locations to fulfill the staffing needs.

- Analyze candidate profiles from internal pool and conduct mapping of skills against the open demands.

- Escalations and Resolutions management

Desired Profile :

- MBA or MSW and equivalent with 6.5+ Years of experience into Technical recruitment for Payment Domain

- MUST have good experience in Payment Domain hiring

- Strong competence and minimum 6 years of capacity/resource planning and demand forecasting

- Able to formulate sourcing plan for volume recruitment's.

- Good joining ratio track record and good candidate follow-up skills

- Very good English writing and speaking skills

- Strong experience in MS Office PPT, Excel
