Manager - IT Recruitment - Big4

We are hiring for Manager - IT Recruitment role for one of the Big 4's based out of Bangalore.

Candidates who are involved in PAN India Recruitment are only eligible.

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop hiring strategy for the competencies based on the forecast and propose achievable plan

- Build talent landscape to meet the hiring needs

- Build and manage highest performing team

- Manage stakeholders including senior leaders and build strong relationships

- Responsible for building new age/cost effective sourcing capability within the team

- Manage and build vendor relationships and capability

- Ensure all positions are closed in time and within the budgeted cost

- Responsible for tracking and measuring all metrics.

Skill set/Experience Required :

- Should have 10+ years of proven recruitment experience in IT industry, with at least 2 years of managerial experience in matrixed organization

Experience : 10+ years

Qualification : PGDBM/ MBA
