Enhance multiple channels i.e. Employee Referrals, Direct Sourcing, Campus and reduce Vendor dependency.   - Launch of aggressive and Innovative Referral policy.  - Vendor Management - Ensure that all vendors adhere to the IR recruitment guidelines and work in the specified framework.
