Manager - IT Project Management Office - BFSI

This role is for the position of Manager for a banking and financial services client. The candidate must have good communication and logical thinking and must be willing to work out of Bangalore.

Candidate Profile :

Must have :

Basic Qualification : Engineering/Bachelors of Technology degree

- Strong logical thinking, Business problem solver

- Strong communication skills

- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT along with 2 years of dedicate PMO experience

- Expertise in IT PMO concepts

- Work from Bangalore or client location

- Ability to work at different shifts depending on requirements. Work hours start at 10 AM and can stretch for late hours. No work from home.

Good to have :

- Quick learner of new technologies and business functions

- Demonstrated maturity to support client in different time zones

- Preferred : Masters degree in Management /Finance /Mathematics /Statistics /Operations

- Highly motivated, self-starter and team player

- Top Tier Management School Grads preferred
