IT Operations Manager
Role & Responsibility:
- Responsible for IT Operations - personalised commerce and consumer engagement business
- Provide escalated on-site support of software/hardware and network connectivity issues
- Perform local administration and operations functions as appropriate in accordance with standards, policies and procedures
- Responsibility for local inventory maintenance and software license management
Oversee Activities like :
- Run batch uploads from client system, Check and monitor the batch upload process
- Run daily recon reports and Resolve application tickets
- Provide application support to internal and client teams
- Provide ad-hoc reports / data extract to internal teams
- Do QA of Batch Interfaces if there are new releases
- Monitor data feed from partners
- Monitors security compliance in accordance with RIL's standards, policies & procedures
- Responsible for maintenance of systems documentation such as operations manuals
- Serves as IT point of contact and accountable for IT portion of new channels setups, etc.
- Responsible for monitoring data backups to ensure completion on a regular basis
- Ability to manipulate, analyse and interpret data
- Support & troubleshooting standard/proprietary software Platforms and Applications
- Must have a strong dedication to customer service
- Training ability/experience a plus
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE - 8-10 YEARS
Candidate Qualification and Skill Sets:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Tech., Science, MCA from a premier institute
- Demonstrated experience with standard software applications, Linux, Windows
- Require experience in Java Technologies, Docker, Hadoop, MapReduce, Webservices (SOAP, REST), IOS, Android, Mobile apps, Web technologies
- Require database management skills in MySQL, Mongo DB
