Experience Required

6-10 years

- Expertise in cloud computing, mobility, information security, IT policies, familiar with various top IT products and services companies in the categories of ISP, Cloud service providers, hardware vendors, OS & office productivity software.

- Planning and budgeting for IT infrastructure.

- Exposure / Experience with world-class WMS such as SAP EWM, Infor, etc.

Role

IT Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for both, the senior level decision making as well as the day-to-day management based on the strategic direction of the organization defined by CTO.

- This position is responsible for planning, specifying, designing, and overseeing the Implementation of the technologies that make up leading -edge network and infrastructure, which provides a reliable unified communication back-bone for a PAN-India supply chain management operation.

- He/She will propose, negotiate and manage IT infrastructure budgets in accordance with internal procedures, ensuring best value and quality.

- Enable continuous improvement in IT operations and system performance.

- Identify and Implement systems that would enable competitive advantage for the business.

- Responsible for overseeing technology projects including Enterprise email solution, MS Active Directory, VoIP solutions, VPN, LAN/WAN services, Cloud Computing, enterprise mobility and managing BYOD environment.

- Responsible for all aspects of project management, including ability to plan and organize complex environments, develop and implement solutions, and report against project plans weekly/monthly including budget variance.

- He would be responsible for setting up scalable infrastructure for company's enterprise applications such as WMS, TMS, VTS, Intranet, and Website.

- Under CTO's guidance, develop and execute IT policy (licensing compliances, virus protection and information security).

- Strong knowledge on File-walls, routers, AD, windows domain management and experience on building File and Printer server architecture would be an added plus.

- Decision making capacity in terms of server related architecture.

- Working knowledge on Data Centre Set-up & operations, as well as managed cloud environments would be useful.
