Key Responsibilities :   Responsible for all site specific IT related functions associated from end user support to Data Center / Infrastructure services.   Lead IT team in the implementation of technology solutions based on client business requirements, responsible for new business support, deal and project transitions, business-as-usual projects, ongoing service management, and other IT programs and initiatives.  Serve as single point of contact for site IT Support in the resolution of various IT issues related to infrastructure & IT services. Provide leadership to site and consult with them in their planning, implementation, corporate standardization and on-going functions of site operations in regarding the Information Technology.   Should have good knowledge on designing & solution infrastructure [network, security, telephony]. Mentor site IT team leads and associates in the interest of achieving organization goals.   Follow and enforce the corporate policies and procedures maintaining and enforcing the highest standards of security as set out by the corporation.  Candidate Specifications:   Engineering Graduates with 8+ years' overall experience in the field of IT Network and Security.  Knowledge of current technological developments / trends in area of Network (LAN/WAN), Security (Firewall) & Telephony (VOIP)  Knowledge of the operational and procedural aspects of Router, fortigate Firewall, Switches, Wifi, IPS, Network monitoring, VOIP, Lease lines and peripheral equipment.  Reporting & trend analysis of services plus capacity management.  Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments  Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation   Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities  Suitable candidates may contact :  Tushar Uppal Practice Lead - ITES Antal International Call : +91 22 40634930
