Manager - IT Digital Transformation - Finance Domain

Job Description:

- CA/MBA (Finance)/ CFA or equivalent qualifications are preferable, not mandatory

- Extensive experience with Oracle Financials, including modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM), GRC Platform

- 6-10 years of experience in above areas

- Experience with Low Code platform preferably Mendix

- Proven success in Finance process digitization and financial system integrations

- Strong understanding of IT project financial management, including cost tracking, budget controls, and ROI analysis.

- Exceptional analytical and communication skills to influence stakeholders and drive change

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless financial operations and reporting for IT-driven finance initiatives.

- Automate and streamline financial processes to reduce manual effort and enhance accuracy.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver financial solutions for complex IT projects.

- Ensure that finance transformation initiatives comply with regulatory requirements, internal controls and risk management.

- Provide actionable insights through data analysis, empowering leadership with informed decision-making

- End-to-end ownership from opportunity/ pain point identification, project scoping, engagement with partners, overseeing project solutioning, project delivery to change management and user adoption.
