- An experienced Team Leader/ Site Manager with experience of handling team of 8-10 IT Engineers.

Major responsibilities includes, but not limited to:

- Team Management

- Asset Management (Production LAB)

- Quarterly Planning Assets

- Technical Projects management

- Process Compliance

- Knowledge Base management

- Future projects planning and rollout

- Technology roadmap discussions

- Team leaves management

- Team rotation

- Team roles and trainings

- End users connect planning Escalation cases

- CSAT planning and execution

- System and Network team coordination

- Vendor management

- Data sanitization and management

- Performance management against SLAs

- Quarterly Reviews management

Skills Competencies:

- B. Tech or equivalent

- MCSE, RHEL certification (preferred), ITIL.

- 8-10 yrs Team lead experience in handling a site with a comparable team size.
